Installation of GPMAW version 15.02
Released on March 01, 2026.
All install systems mentioned below are full installs and need a license key in order to complete installation. To perform an installation you should download to a temporary directory, and then activate (double-click) the .exe file. When first run by the end-user, you will need to enter the 25 character license key.
Note: you need administrator rights to install the program
32-bit installer (file name ‘GPsetup32.exe’). Please contact Lighthouse data if you need a 32-bit version of GPMAW version 14.10
64-bit installer (file name ‘GPsetup64.exe’). Click for download. Standard installer for 64-bit Windows. This file is also available as a zipped file. Click for download. The install file as an MSI install package (GPsetup64.msi). Click for download.
Upgrading from previous version. If your existing version is older than version 14.0 you will need to perform a full installation as the file structure has changed. Please uninstall the old version prior to installing the new. If your existing version is 14.0 or later, you can use the update (file name GPupdate64.exe). Click for download. The upgrade version will only replace the GPMAW3.exe file along with the help file (gpmaw.chm) and manual (gpmaw.pdf). The upgrade installer is also available as an MSI install package (GPupdate64.msi). Click for download.
For the first-time run, the user is asked to accept a new .ini file. This is strongly recommended as all user files will then be present in a subdirectory of the given users Document directory.

- An error in the loading of mzXML files prevented parent ion m/z value

- Charge vs. pH had malfunctioned, a new unit created
- Glycosearch function improved and a new scoring function
- An error when analyzing large number of SS bonds fixed
- X!Tandem search results (ms/ms search) can now be directly used in the View mxXML viewer
15.03
- A compiler error resulted in several of the secondary windows could crash the entire system fixed.
- Glycosearch function improved slightly
